A：Our quotation is based on EX Work, China. We can support you and arrange the delivery at your expense. For conventional products coded EOC (European Ordering Code), the delivery can be made directly from Micro-Tech Europe. As a whole, providing the timely and convenient ordering service is our responsibility.
All products should be inspected upon arrival. If any product has been damaged in transit, such damage should be promptly reported to the carrier. Although Micro-Tech has no responsibility for shipping damage, it will extend assistance to help settle such claims.
